While heralding the launch of the HTC Imagio, Big Red snuck in a few extra goodies and made the rugged, PTT-capable Motorola Barrage, the entry level Nokia 2705 Shade, the QWERTY-packing Verizon Wireless Razzle and a 3G-enabled Gateway netbook official.…

While heralding the launch of the HTC Imagio, Big Red snuck in a few extra goodies and made the rugged, PTT-capable Motorola Barrage, the entry level Nokia 2705 Shade, the QWERTY-packing Verizon Wireless Razzle and a 3G-enabled Gateway netbook official. All rumors and innuendos about these myriad of devices have been confirmed with launch dates and pricing as follows:

Motorola Barrage: Available on October 1st for $129.99 after a 2-year contract and a $50 mail-in rebate. Non-camera version available October 21st

Nokia 2705 Shade: Available on October 6th for $29.99 with a 2-year contract

Verizon Wireless Razzle: Available on October 6th for $69.99 with a 2-year contract

Gateway LT2016u: Available on October 4th for $149.99 after a 2-year contract and a $100 mail-in rebate

With a feature phone for every family member, a smartphone and a netbook to boot, there is a proverbial cornucopia of new wireless devices on the way for Verizon Wireless customers. Now if Big Red could just take the wraps off that Motorola Tao so we can stop squinting at those blurrycam photos. Hit the jump for a few more press shots.

Gateway seems to be the sleeper company of the year, bringing some seriously OK designs and products to the market, seemingly out of nowhere. The company has just announced a new 30-inch monitor and, lo and behold, there’s some pretty exciting stuff in there. The biggest news is that the monitor supports resolutions of up to 1600p, making your current 1080p screens look like last year’s news. The display also features 6 independent inputs, including HDMI, DVI, S-Video, Composite cable input, and VGA. Pretty crazy, right? Finding such high resolution video might be another story, but if you can’t track down any 1600p shots, rest assured that that it also upscales any existing 1080p video that you might have laying around the house. All told, this is shaping up to be quite the display. It’s currently available for $1,699 directly from Gateway.

When you think of Gateway, you might think of cows, but you don’t really think of innovation or style. The PC manufacturer know for spitting out middle-of-the-road gear for the past couple years, has finally stepped it up. While the Gateway One isn’t the most unique, or stylish PC we’ve seen, it certainly is attractive and powerful. Yeah, we do think this is a blatant copy of Apple’s successful iMac computer, but even so, the Gateway One is one of the more "hipper" all-in-one PCs we’ve seen, even rivaling Sony’s Vaio line. It definitely looks better in person than it does in the recently circulated promotional ads. While the hardware isn’t anything to email about, it should be more than sufficient enough for an entry or mid-level power user. The processor speeds range from 1.5GHz to 2.0GHz, with a nice 2GB to 3GB of on board RAM. The One comes bundled with a pre-paied wireless keyboard and mouse, too. But one of the coolest aspects is the cable breakout box. This allows you to hide all those hideous cables under the table, leaving only a single wire in sight, on the back of the computer. Expect pricing to be around $1,300 to $1,800 depending on configuration. Available towards to the end of October. As usual, more shots after the jump!
