The folks over at android.com.pl have gotten their hands on some rather stunning images of the LG E900; LG’s first full-touchscreen Windows Phone 7 device. While the images are great, what may be more surprising is some of the specifications that the site reports. The 3.7-inch TFT screen, cloaked in Windows Phone 7, will be powered the QSD8650A Snapdragon chipset. Other than a mind-boggling 1.3 GHz processor, the chipset also packs: 2D acceleration, 3D graphics, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, integrated GPS, and HD video recording/playback. No wonder OEMs used to stick this same chip in netbooks! It’s all hearsay at this point, but we would love to see how WP7 performs with 1,300 megahertz pulling it along. Come to think of it, we wouldn’t mind seeing any smartphone OS running on a 1.3 GHz chip.
