BlackBerry 9700s start infiltrating T-Mobile retail locations
We’ve been told that T-Mobile retail locations have started receiving their shipments of BlackBerry 9700s in preparation of Monday’s national release. Though we doubt stores will sell them early, it’s always worth a try, no? We have also heard each store should be receiving a minimum of 25 units.
what a worthless post. there is absolutley no way any Tmobile rep is going to risk job and lawsuit to sell a 9700 a few days early to any geek who comes in and says “can I have one now?” goodness sake. you have WAY better odds of calling customer care and claiming to need one as a biz customer. even that is a longshot.

I don’t know if anyone has said this…but I just got off the phone with AT&T and the 9700 will be on sale at AT&T on Monday November 16, 2009, also.
Any word on AT&T release?
Just called T-mobile store in Boston – they have the 9700 in stock, they can not sell them until the 16th. I told the fellow that I was traveling this week (true) and asked if he would set one aside for me and he obliged.
I went in on saturday and they showed it to me. The guy refused to sell it or set one aside but assured me they had a couple multiples of the 25 the whisper claims. I’ll be there first thing monday morning to get mine!

Wish I owned a espresso cart … I’d park outside the major T-M stores ready for the crowds~I’d earn enough to buy my own 9700!
