Samsung Galaxy i5700 gets pictured in HD
The Android-powered Samsung i5700 stopped by the Netherlands for a high definition photo shoot on Thursday. While specifications don’t seem to have changed since initial reports surfaced, man are we happy they toned down the color a bit. The European version of the Samsung Galaxy i5700 should run you about €350 as far as retail pricing goes, and since this isn’t a With Google handset, expect Samsung’s TouchWiz interface to make an appearance. But let’s be honest, we’re just happy we got the Behold II in place of this…

Nice – The more Android, the better, thanks Sammy!

Is it me or it that phone not attractive?
uma, or not uma that is the question?
Looks interesting, but not really liking the overall look of the phone. Yeah, might be a superior phone to use, but unless it’s packaged well, people will not buy it. Biggest gripe is with the button configuration — look like they’ll be hard to use and very easy to hit the wrong one by mistake.
Android w/widgets? I dont know. Htc was able to pull it off w/the Hero using their UI…?
@warhed, why not? Besides, Android has been using widgets since day 1, way before Htc’s Sense UI.
I wish HTC would go back to DPads or at least some kind of directional inputs.
This phone looks too busy, to many buttons.
Are you kidding me…that phone looks pretty cool! What don’t you like about it?

I like the omnia 2 better.
