Most of Sprint's newer WinMo devices have built-in Power Vision tools, you can't set up just any connection and use it -- and flashing WinMo devices are easier since the platform is scattered across multiple device manufacturers. Whats stopping the data from working correctly is the sprint provisioning used to set up the users sprint data account.
