Nokia holding five hour sale tomorrow, online and in Flagship Stores

Apparently Nokia’s online sale last week was pretty effective because the Finnish manufacturer has decided to give it another go. This time around the sale is good at both Nokia Flagship Stores — in New York and Chicago — and online as well for those who don’t live near a shop. Here’s how this one shapes up:
- 5800 $280.00
- E63 $195.00
- E66 $275.00
- E71 $285.00
- E75 $380.00
- N79 $260.00
- N85 $330.00
- N95 8G $355.00
- N96 $440.00
Not bad at all, Nokia. As you can see, some of the prices are even better than last week’s deal and all fall into range off the 30-50 percent off. So when can you get your Symbian fix on the cheap? Thursday, June 25th in New York City from 11am-4pm local time (Eastern) and in Chicago from 10am-3pm local time (Central). The sale will also be going down in the same time slot on nokiausa.com. Anyone eyeing some new kit?

I just love rummage sales. Just kidding. Nokia’s build quality can’t be equaled. It’s the OS that’s getting a little long in the tooth…

The discount for the E75 is certainly not as drastic. That’s too bad…
I am surprised the N97 is not listed.
Might pick some up and flip em on Ebay for some quick cash.
Which one is the best deal? I don’t know Nokia’s very well but I am interested.
WTF!?!?! Where is the N97?
I’m NOT surprised the N97 isn’t on this list – it’s a brand new device and enough people drool over it to pay the $700 (or whatever it is) in the first few months… maybe in their next sale.
I currently have a slider QWERTY (touch pro/fuze) but I’m really interested in getting an N85 for travel and to take photos. Crap…
N95 might be a good back up phone to have considering my iPhone dies after 4 pm from moderate usage. Anyone with an N95 have good words about it?

Hah i think nokia is finally realizing that now usa is catching up with the cell phone market and it needs to lay its marketment out here. I think as i said last time bgr is definitely helping nokiausa out and nokia just needs a prime time commercial like the iphone and the pre and also most oof us americans need to realiize the difference between a subsidized phone and an unlocked and nokia will have us allly gripped but than all the providers will go broke. Its a round woorld isnt it
just picked up the N97 yesterday in NYC. The staff told me they were moving a significant number of N97s and that they would not be included in their sale tomorrow.
Now that I’ve ironed out a few kinks this has made me set my 3G aside.
Great piece of kit
Can I just throw my SIM card in an N79 and put it on AT&T?
@konklifer Yessir, that is correct. All Nokia-direct handsets are unlocked and ready to go with any GSM carrier.
Mmmm that E71 is getting harder and harder to resist…
Awesome Blossom!!!
i thnk im better off buying another e71 here for the $285 price instead of getting a used one off of CL
might grab an n96, gonna rock that and the storm 2 when it drops, winning combo
@ bit
“Mmmm that E71 is getting harder and harder to resist…”
….true but the e71 has been on backorder on nokia.com for months now! do i pay for it and then get it when the e72 comes out later this year?
This sale makes me that much more happy I paid $265 for my E75 on Saturday. It should be here tomorrow, the day this sale takes place. It must have sold extremely well for $115 less. Is the 5800 less this time around? Not quite sure I remember.
@ StevenGlansberg,↲the N95 is alot better than an iPhone, as many Symbian Freaks use the iPhone as a backup device. And make sure you get the 8gb model. It also has more Ram, making it the best multitasking device ever. No reboots or crashes. It does all the iPhone does and more.
aren’t most of these sale prices the norm on amazon.com?
@christexaport,
Thanks. I’ll keep that in mind. I really just want music and a good camera, which seems to be the N95s strong points

even though the camera is one of the best, adevicend nothing beats Coreplayer on a Symbian device, its its PC like OS that allows developers to make any type of apps imaginable that is the real strong suit. Ignore the Ovi Store and just search Google. If you imagine it, its there. No limitations
I got myself an E75 for 297$ incl. Shppng n tax. Well that price still seems unbeatable.
listen u guys dont read they website often huh …. they had a sale last week a 3 hour sale and the deals were alot better then these… and to ANSWER UR Q’s THE N97 was there aswell and it went for 594.00 either color. NOKIA phones are the best and best model right now of them is N85 and N95 8gb.But here is a preview of the new version of the N86.
