Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 “Vulcan” smiles for the camera
New spy shots of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X2, codenamed “Vulcan”, have emerged from the forums over at fanklub.se. The successor to the current X1 is looking dapper in its black casing, black keyboard and silver bezel. On the back, the Windows Mobile handset sports an 8 megapixel camera with flash. What you see is what we know as no other details about this phone have been leaked. If it follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, we should see it launch sometime in 2011.

Holy cow! I wasn’t expecting another Xperia with SE having mad financial woes.
Looks way thin for having a slide out qwerty. And an 8mp coupled with a qwerty slide out is something that I’m looking for. Eh, the yellow kills the design… looks very Sprint-ish at that.
Can you say ugly? I know it has a lower res cam, but I’ll take the Touch Pro II any day. Ugh, I just vomited in a little.
I love the looks of the X1 but the X2 is hands down ugly. I’m disappointed in SE if they release the phone looking like that.
why all the hate? must be a difference in cultures… anyway i love the design. it’s minimal and quite sexy. futuristic, almost.
