LG Tritan gets pictured on its way to U.S. Cellular
Earlier today we firmed up a whole mess of U.S. Cellular release dates through the end of June. Of course, some of the handsets were more exciting than others and it just so happens that one of our ninjas snapped a live shot of the LG Tritan, due out on June 8th — definitely one of the more exciting phones due out for the small carrier this month. To recap what we know so far about this side-sliding beauty, it sports a 3-inch QVGA touchscreen, full QWERTY keyboard, full HTML browser, music player, G sensor, Bluetooth and a 3 megapixel camera. As far as pricing goes, nothing is confirmed yet but we’re hearing it could be $100 or less after rebate — and don’t forget, a $20 per month data package will be required. Well I live n chgo,ill and so not true,its not like the phone is gonna be found I have done it b4. I told them I lost it, like it fell outta my pocket on the train, they sent me another 1 for the $50 and I gave it to my friend who needed a phone.They dnt know the difference,signal and us celluar have nothing to do with each other,they do but they dnt and I didnt even stop makin calls.and the banter is not on the market anymore they pulled it from what I heard and yeah n oct is my 18months
Did u try ebay?
I just got the tritan and the lady that sold it to me said that I didnt have to have the plan and she had been selling them all week without the plan.
Jason-so us cellular is selling the phone without the $20 data plan.
saraj-no i haven’t found any covers for the phone yet since it is a new phone and i tried ebay.
peppermint patty- i live in the south surburbs of chgo,il and i never knew that cause they told me if you lost the phone whoever finds it or whatever won’t be able to turn it on.thanks for the info.
us cellular has cases for it.
they are just plain colors though

could some1 tell me that if when you slide the keyboard out does the screen stay vertical or does it switch to horizontal with the keyboard? and when you get on the internet can you view it vertically or only horizontal like the delve?? Please answer before i buy it 2mrw online. thanks

clair- the rep at my store said that the screen does flip to horizontal when the keyboard is flipped
are you stupid? us cellular is like the 2nd biggest phone carrier. I am soo gettting this phone..it’s AHH-MAZING!!
