HTC Touch Pro2 and HTC Touch Diamond2 Hands On!
HTC hooked us up with a couple of bad ass new phones — the much awaited Touch Pro2 and the Touch Diamond2. The Touch Pro2 has stole our hearts, we’re not going to lie. But, we’ve got reviews cookin’ on both of these, so in the meantime check out some flicks, comparison photos, and other random snaps on this wonderful Saturday!

You’re funny grrr. Verizon’s looking at November at the earliest. How long ago did they get the original Diamond? Wasn’t that last month?
Can’t wait to get that Touch Pro 2 on Sprint this fall.
i really wanted to add this phone to my collection…to bad it running windows mobile…that just shoots the whole phone to hell…..put android on it..or even the WebOs and now u got the perfect phone!
I saw a review on a few other sites, and it looked really good.
Now again all the videos I saw were of the non US version, so i’m wondering if the US version will have a 3.5mm headphone or not. Hard to say, cause I know these things can vary slightly.

OMG… I LOVE this phone! 5mp cam w/the 3.5mm wouldv’e been a sweet addition but alas, nothing can be perfect.
The screen looks kinda dark though?

i hate when people says they wish it was android or webos phone. If them want that, get g1. I can say the same thing ” i wish pre hand winmo”! It cant be. If it is, then it would be Pre.
Anxious to see what BGR says about the top number row on the keyboard, because they look awfully close to that top piece. I’d hate for their fingers to start clipping the bottom of the top slider when typing (Pre review). I’ll await the review to see for sure.
Now, if the TP2 ran Android….
I’d need a tissue, and some time to recompose myself.

Ahh, more of the same. New HTC phone, everyone loses thier s**t over it, BGR praises it as the best thing ever. In the end it will be another Fuze: looks great, functions like crap, build/materials quality that’s even worse. I’ll probably be unable to resist trading in my Fuze for it…those HTC bastards!
This better not be a half-assed review like the Pre.
I just dont get the touch diamond 2. It looks like such a piece of crap next to the pro. why htc didnt just take the pro and make it half as thin is beyond me.
The TP2 will be my next phone.

The TP2 keyboard is no problem as it is the same space above as the
TP.
But the Pre keyboard has recevied several negative comments on hitting the top row from people who have tried it.
These are very different keyboards.
DARNIT!!! You all (HTC) make it hard for me to stay with just BlackBerry and iPhone! I think WM is dated, ugly, and needs to be replaced … but then you add the kick-butt hardware to make up for it! WHY!! LOL.
I hope WM 6.5 will be better. This is just something else to save up for when the North American version comes out. I guess it is back to cooked ROMs so I can replace 6.1.
Anyone have any news about when they are coming to the US without having to import it?
