@don luie, i am a sprint employee, the treo pro is trash so when i saw pro i assumed touch pro which there was no advocate program for, I apologize. I thought you were speaking of the touch pro and i feel bad for whomever was the Treo Pro advocate, I stayed away from that like the plague

don luie dont lie about advocate phones, there was no advocate TOUCH PRO, they did have the Touch Diamond as an advocate phone….

I admit, I watched the demo and was impressed. I’m on AT&T though and honestly am not pumped about leaving carriers. I’m guessing I’ll have to wait for the “normal” version to come out so I can use it on AT&T.

Sprint announced dismal first quarter financial results today (although that $50 plan from Boost Mobile seems to be very popular), but the biggest disappointment in the press release was the lack of news about the Palm Pre:

In addition to the planned launch of the Palm Pre in the first half of 2009, Sprint in April launched the Samsung Instinct s30, the AirCard 402 by Sierra Wireless and the Sanyo SCP-2700.
