Motorola Clutch i465 for Boost Mobile gets official
It won’t be winning any beauty pageants any time soon but Boost Mobile users waiting for a relatively rugged QWERTY handset will soon have a new option in the Motorola Clutch i465. Sprint and Boost obviously recognize that messaging is a bit of a hot topic these days and as such, we can expect the carrier to start rolling out a few QWERTY handsets to ensure its text-hungry customers are covered. First up, for better or worse, is the Clutch. It’s styling is certainly polarizing but love it or hate it, Moto managed to pack in a fairly decent feature set (relatively speaking). Highlights include Push to Talk of course, threaded SMS and MMS, POP3 email support, Bluetooth and a VGA camera. No, it’s not going to knock your socks off but relative to the rest of Boost’s lineup, this new Moto is an ok option if it’s released at a decent price point. The Clutch i465 will be available in Q2 of this year.
i like the I465 only because i do not want to have to pay 500 for a blackberry whwn i can get it for only 120 and get everything i need for 50 doller

I have had this phone for 4 days I hate this phone soooo much. It is the crappiest phone ever. The internet is horrible the texting is slow and I cant even receive pictures and audio from other carriers. I really wish I did not switch to this company. I miss metro pcs with a passion.
when does the i465 hit stores?

Thanks Vince. I was wondering if Blackberry would work. I’ve heard it won’t and now that the new i465 is out I’m getting that! I just wonder if the web service works like blackberry. I have a i425 and the web service is wack. I was going to buy the i776 but now for $20 more I’ll wait and get the i465.

Some poor fool dropped this Motorola i465 on the subway and I’m trying to find a user’s maneuel so I can use the phone to find out who he/she is so I can return it to her/him. Where can I find this on the net with out paying for it? Please help! The owner will thank you.
Start calling numbers until you find somebody that knows who owns the phone.
i want the clutch soo bad. do you think it is a good phone for me to buy? i went to boost mobile, and they were sold out, but the guy called and got some more. should i go and buy it? i am definitely gettin the 50 dollar plan.but has anyone had problems with the phone? is the web and textin really that bad??
when ur on the fone u cant recieve messages and then you cant do 3-way calling. now mi internet wont work. now my fone wont even cut on and stay on
Checked out after seeing on Sprint, wanted two for my boys 10 and 11. This is perfect, they can beat on each other with them and they still work LOL.

The i465 is awesome i have it for boost:) But if only they would of put an sd card slot it would of been better, and if the camera was a mega pixel it would have been better for more storage:D The video sucks because it has a 30 sec. recording time:/ so if you want a prepaid cell phone that does not cost a lot i recomend you getting it;]
Do some people not realize this is a pre paid phone and the A & T prepaid plans are mostly refurbished and do not have a lot of bang,this one has bluetooth and a VGA camera not the best but the phone looks like a winner

Metro pcs is so stupid they said it gives you signal or reception everywhere in the u.s. but they don’t now boost is better. so to the stupid ppl that have METRO PCS, BOOST MOBILE is better than metro pcs. okay sure boost doesn’t have gorgeous phones but atleast the service works not like metro. i had metro for 1 monnth not even a yr. and i had to cut it off because the service didn’t work very well. the calls would hang up, the txt msgs wouldn’t send and the stupid internet wouldn’t work. ive had boost for almost a yr. and i havent had any problems with it so far. so boost is better and you should get that phone. take advice from an expert.
