The phone just isn't a good phone. And S60 isn't a smartphone OS, it is a good feature phone OS. It is rock solid and can enable a very rich feature phone environment. It just isn't a smartphone OS. The web browser is bad and you need multitasking to be a good smartphone OS (which is why I think Apple missed the mark on their OS).
