BlackBerry launches Facebook 1.5?
We just got a bunch of tips and to cut the story short, no, Facebook 1.5 for BlackBerry is not yet available. What happened is that the description for the landing page is of for the 1.5 version, not the current 1.2 version. Go to www.blackberry.com/facebook from your BlackBerry to see what we mean. We’re pretty sure the release is imminent, but it’s not quite here just yet. We’ll update this when it’s actually available for download, but in the meantime, peruse our Facebook 1.5 review we did a little while ago.

im on my storm my fb version is 1.3.0 i dno wat u guys are sayin bout 1.2.0
v1.3 is only for the storm, all other devices receive v1.2.

Well now you can’t download anything! You get to the Language Selection page, but there’s no link at the bottom!
They changed the launch page back or at least removed the 1.5 features!!!

You know, if I was a new blackberry owner that didn’t know anything about a new fb coming soon, I would assume all those listed traits were intended for 1.2 – I’d be PISSED! Rim really should clarify with a “coming soon” blurb on all notb yet released features.
