Touch Diamond 2 applications ripped and packaged up for Touch Diamond owners
What is the first thing you do when you get a pre-release version of a hot new Window Mobile handset? Why you dump the ROM and rip out all the new applications, of course. If you are nice fellow (or gal), you then package up your bounty into cab files and host them for all of the world to share. Such is the case for the Touch Diamond 2 whose ROM is the source of the following applications:
- HTC Calculator 1.0.1822.4128
- HTC Album 2.5.1820.4127 w/ Social Networking (Thanks to herg at XDA)
- Opera v9.5 build 15613
- Diamond 2 Sensor with apps regedit ( Thanks to herg at XDA for additional apps)
- Diamond 2 QuickGPS 1.0.1911.1733
- Diamond 2 Keyboard With Arrows ( Thanks to savage25rcracer)
- Diamond 2 Keyboard Without Arrows (Thanks to savage25rcracer)
- Diamond 2 Keyboard With Arrows in Landscape Only (Thanks to savage25rcracer)
- Diamond 2 Email Wizard
- Diamond 2 Volume Control 2.1.1911.2331
These cab files are reportedly ready and waiting to be installed on the VGA Touch Diamond. Got a Touch Diamond lying around? Let us know how everything goes in the comments section.

That is one sexy handset. I almost got the first one but WM turned me off.
I’m interested to see what this new keyboard looks like on the first Diamond. It seemed much better than the default WM keyboard on the Diamond2, but will the screen size make it just as unusable as before?
HTC has some of the best looking phones! Applications make it better!
HTC TouchFLO home screen is very elegant, clean and sexy. No wonder it is so desirable among many WM phone users.
This is my website. Please refer to the link below for all the information regarding these apps. This is where it started.

Yet.. they also make the android. can someone port android to one of these handsets? why is an open source OS not installable?
yo can sort of check out xda developers there working on it for the tilt/tytn 2 anyway
I don’t know, I just want one. =)
Any screen shots of keyboard and other applications?
Its a nice looking phone, but I don’t see much change in the design.
What an awesome deal for people who paid for the first diamond. Can’t wait to see what happen to these on XDA. Those peeps are amaaaazing!!
