Press shots of the Motorola A455 RUSH 2 emerge
We first outed the RUSH 2 along with a ton of other Motorola handsets headed to Verizon and it looks like we’re getting closer to finally seeing one of the more interesting ones reach market. Thanks to Mobile-review, some new press shots of the RUSH 2 have leaked out and, well, they look exactly like the internal mock ups. Anyway, the thing doesn’t look too bad for the relatively cheap text and navigation-oriented slider it’s designed to be. In terms of specs, we’re still looking for more of them, but for now we can safely say it’s got EVDO connectivity, GPS, Bluetooth, and a flashless camera with an unknown resolution. No clue on pricing, but we’re still sticking with this quarter. Hit the jump for a few more pics.

Given the keypad on the display, I’d say it’s sporting some touchscreenability too. Is that listed anywhere?

I got to demo this phone last Saturday at a vendor show. Was not impressed. It has a semi-touch screen, meaning only certain button works via touch while the rest of the screen doesn’t.
Wow, that thing’s fugly. I’d rather hook up a CDMA radio to my taint and just talk on that.

Wow Verizon + Motorola = Suck. Pure Suck. Why not try something new and f’ing different…and seriously can Verizon have a different color phone come out besides silver, or black? And don’t give me that purple 755 either…christ more moto suck…and screw VZ software…ahhh i hate my job…I mean…wait…no I hate my job selling motorola phones at Verizon…kthxbye

I like the phone, very good design but there are two things that could have been better. The speaker should have been located on the outside of the phone, not inside(when you slide out the QWERTY keypad. The second is that the navigation wheel and the buttons around it should have been touch screen, like the LG Venus
