Is this the Sony Ericsson “Reese”?
There’s no question Sony Ericsson is under an enormous amount of pressure to release a relevant handset that appeals to the masses. If the alleged leaked advertisement of an upcoming handset you see before you is any indication of things to come however, Sony Ericsson might as well just call it a day. Codenamed “Reese”, it is purported to feature “a unique swivel design reveals a QWERTY keypad below the large portrait screen which allows you to view several messages of any one kind in high definition. It also comes with one-click access to your favorite networking sites. So now it’s never been easier to keep up with your mates.” Hmm, looks kind of familiar. It’s obviously too early to pin down an OS for this device but it is possible we could be looking at Windows Mobile a la the Xperia X1 or even Android. No matter which way SE slices it though, the Reese really doesn’t look all that appealing – especially next to the sheer beauty of Sony Ericsson’s first sliding QWERTY, the Xperia X1.
Thanks, Chuck!

1st!!!!!
And WTF? Is that how it flips?
1st!
I want one. Let’s hope att picks this up.
I’ve seen some BEAUTIFUL Android concept phones on the web that would keep you in the store, until you had one in your pocket. I certainly hope at least one of them shows up at the MWC and will be in production soon.
I am waiting patiently for a nice looking Android device without a keyboard.
This phone looks okay but looks like it’ll be on the small side. Not too particularly fond of small Cell phones. Thin is cool, but not all around tiny. doesn’t feel secure in one’s hand. ^_^ but cool concept Sony. Looks like a couple handset makers are approaching this style.
That thing looks awful. What is Sony trying to do here
crap crap crap crap crap
Idea: I like it. Something new. I’m tired of the same old designs. I’m not really sure why I would want the portrait screen though. (widescreen videos, etc.)
Color: Purple? Ew. Why?
Keyboard: Looks like it would be comfortable.
Camera on keyboard: Awesome. Please make some kind of video conference.
Looks like an attempted G1 knockoff LOL failboat
Wow that looks odd. You know what, it sorta looks like that red Android device that was always used as a beta before the G1 was showed.
Awkward concept, might do the job for a certain group of consumers.Personaly, I WANT THAT DAMN EXPERIA!!!!
Hope that at&t get this phone for next year cause i need to change my phone… besides Im a Sony Ericsson freak!… what i think its kinda weird its the way it flips.. totally odd
