If you look at the verizon unlimited everything plan on the post paid account the plan starts at $139.99 without all the fees. My sister has the plan her bill runs around $154.00, with the unlimited prepaid talk my bill runs around $160.00 I add about $6.00 per month for mobile web. That is not much of a difference.
