The G1 is halfway dead because it’s their primary phone over the iphone. At least that seems to make sense. Make your software for your hardware and then test it?

I wish Google would make its own OS platform its main and primary focus, especially against Apple and Microsoft. Google needs to just continue its progress for the Google line of phones and then every so often throw the others a bone.

Sorry to burst your conspiracy theory but BGR had nothing to do with that G1 vs. iPhone image that you perceive to be showing the G1 as “bad” and the iPhone as “good”. Both images were straight from Google’s website. Check the read link if you don’t believe me.

Well, I take that back. It sort of works with Windows Mobile Opera, but it is buggy. I can browse the site without easily, however when I open up a book it will show then disappear spontaneously.

Just tried it on my WinMo phone. YAY! It works with Opera 9.5. I haven’t tried IE yet.

I love how the iphone has full battery, full coverage, and full wifi. and the g1 has 1 bar wifi, 2 bars coverage, and 50% battery. that’s bgr for you though.
