Sprint customer for 12 years.
I had 5 Centros in a row that fell apart. The last one lasted for 3 weeks. I called Sprint customer service when the keyboard came uglued, and rather than honoring their warranty, they sent me a 755p on May 1, 2009. They only charged me $49.95, and extended my contract through April 2011. The 755p browser is the slowest of any I have ever used. The 755p won’t play videos, nor will it allow me to play Sprint tv as promised. Spprint sold me the 755p, in fact they recommended it when it was already on their EOL list. This is they thanks they give me for being a loyal customer for 12 years, with 2 Sprint lines. They downgraded me. Screwd me and don’t give a rats ass.
Any suggestions?

Can this be true? Just finished watching the TV show 24 on FOX. Now this show has been using sprint phones on the show for a while. They had a commercial tonight about #s and at the end of it they said 4G coming soon, after they showed the 4G… They showed the Palm Pre… WOW!!! could the pre be 4G? Is that why they are taking forever to release it? Plus during the show, they showed what looked like an instinct, but doing video phone calls. I heard a rumor that there is a new instinct coming out and I know with 4G, there is the possibility to do video calls with the 12mb download speeds!!! Can this be????

Is any one concerned that 8 gig memory is too small and that the Pre lacks a card slot? would there be any way of upgrading it in the future or just sell it and get another? Or is this just a way of selling more phones making the initial folks kept buying the next better phone?

The rumors are people! If you go into any Sprint store right now, The Treo Pro is out today (2-15) and the Plam Pre is coming out
(3-15) It’s a go, because that have already posted the Treo 800w on the end of life list and ask any employee, they are allowed to tell you that it’s being replaced with the Pre!

Calm down a little and let the infomation digest, phones more often than not don’t meet launch date based on varying factors. I’ve seen lots of people sporting the Rumor and to some degree the Rant and seeing the Rant just released a few months ago, am at a loss as to why the Rumor II is coming when it’ll be less than the current messaging phone
