Downloaded the update last night. I had not been affected by the no-audio-bug… until I installed the update. Now, no audio. Awesome. Thanks a lot for the “fix”, Microsoft.

Are you fucking serious? BGR was quite possibly the LAST site to report on the issue. It’s just a coincidence that the patch was released soon after your post. Microsoft confirmed the issue back in December & said back then that they were working on a fix.
