Top 15 posts of 2008!

Hope you are all recovering well, friends. In case you haven’t heard, a new year is upon us, and we’ve taken the liberty of listing out the top 15 posts of 2008 on BGR (sorted by traffic). If there was something you felt was more relevant and wasn’t on this list, you’re free to add it in the comments, but this is a statistical thing, so don’t get upset if your favorite poster’s favorite post wasn’t included. Here we go!
1. BlackBerry Thunder, the touchscreen BlackBerry we’ve all been waiting for!
2. BlackBerry Bold review: we’ve been rockin’ it for a month
3. BlackBerry Storm goes into TA (technical acceptance) at Verizon, delayed 3-4 weeks
4. BlackBerry Thunder live shot, damn we’re good!
6. BlackBerry Bold vs. iPhone 3G: yeah, we definitely went there
7. Amazon Kindle 2 e-books its way to BGR
8. Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 review
9. Sony KDL-XBR6, KDL-XBR7, and KDL-XBR8 specs, and release dates!
10. BlackBerry Kickstart, the clamshell flip phone? We’re unveiling it to you for the first time!
11. iPhone 3G unboxing, bitches!
12. Think it’s a slow day? Think again! We’ve got the scoop on Vodafone’s whole 2008 lineup!
13. 2009 is the year of the Moto for Verizon; more upcoming handsets revealed
14. Motorola Alexander live shot!
15. Apple to sell a $99 4GB iPhone at Walmart?

Awesome. Happy new year bgr!
I like how 6 of the top 15 are BlackBerry posts.
Happy New Year, BGR!
Im so suprised that no articles on the G1 made the list for both BGR and Engadget Mobile. =/
@Armo
You’re surprised? I’m not…
“The BlackBerry Thunder, as it is codenamed now, (all you “reporting” on it as the Storm are incorrect) will launch in Q3 of this year.”
Oh, looking back in time…
@ddors
Yes, sorry. The Storm to Thunder to Storm name changes weren’t confusing at all, not to mention the fact we A. broke the device exclusively, and B. exclusively showed you the first photo of the device.
Please make room in your heart to forgive us!
The Curve 8900 is by far the best blackberry ever made and its not up there? Strange.
@ BG
No hard feelings, it’s just funny to look back at those kinds of things
Ben, it’s statistical, and my guess is that by the time that the 8900 comes out, most who would be interested either has a bold or storm, and it’s just there for leftover curve and 8800 users, so the people interested isn’t as high. I’ve got my Storm
If by “traffic” you mean hits/views, I suppose it’s different. But from a post #-perspective, this one is still going strong (as, sadly, we who have USCC as a carrier don’t have all the options you guys have):

@ddors
All good. I’m just cranky.
@BRH
Dude — completely! The comments on that post and people actually helping each other out is nothing short of amazing.
I probably hit that E71 review up about 15 times personally. Damn that a solid phone! Happy New Year BGR staff and fellow blog viewers! Health Wealth and Happiness!
Wow,it’s real clear that this is where the Blackberry fanbous go to get there news , and Engadet is where the Apple fanbits get there news.
