This deffinatly true, but if: 1)AT&T 3g is pretty sparce in good ol middle of no where new mexico. 2) you have a t-mobile employee account that gets you unlimited data and 2000 min for $9.99, 3) AT&T stopped hosting unlimited prepaid media net for 19.99 to get what 3g data is available when im in albuquerque on my iphone. so i figure this will be fun to play with while i wait for t-mob 3g to launch here in april, at which point i might switch back to my G1 or see what comes up at that point,

Well that means more iphones will be in the hands of common users thats not with AT&T. Congrats. Nothing wrong with Edge but once u get a taste of 3G, you dont wanna go back.
