this IS an Nseries grade camera, with Carl Zeiss optics and all. This is a similar camera to the N78, and will outperform every Android, Blackberry, Apple, and most Samsungs except the few 5 and 8 megapixel models, and the same for Sony Ericsson and a couple Motorolas. If you’ve never used an Nseries with a high end camera, you’ll probably be shocked how great it is!

I agree. Stylus dependent touchscreens are as inhibiting as finger dependent models. But the 5800 XM is the do-it-all device, allowing the use of a stylus, finger, or even a guitar pick or other implement. Try using a stylus or guitar pick on the iPhone in the middle of a Minnesota winter blizzard. The iPhone requires that you freeze your digits off or use expensive touchscreen gloves.

touch screen phones that need a point pen are flawed. sadly, the only ones that get this right are the iphone and the storm

if you’re looking for a nseries quality camera, i don’t think the 5800 is the right way to go.

well as long as the camera on here is more like my n95-4 and less like my e71 i’m happy to wait for it.
