[Thanks, Dallas Maverick!]

this might be crazy but how do i get a picture of me as my icon on here lol
I was a tmo customer for a year … Even in my last call to customer service I complimanted them. The only reason why I am with att is 3g not that its the fastest as the advertise but is the only option where I live out the day tmo gets 3g here I will pay the cancelation price and make the smart move.
Is T-Mobile trying to piss Al Gore off? Driving to a store is not very “green”.
rumour has it tmobile will get the bold in 09.
nothing is making me give up my plan. 10 years old and going strong
shame they don’t have promos for prepaid users. something to entice us to become post paid.
@Blackula – T-Mobile is NOT getting the BOLD. I have talked to different people in management who ALWAYS tell me their secrets, and both have said NO BOLD, but JAVELIN YES. Why will call it the Curve 2 or some BS. While similar, not the same.
@Dallas (Sarah Palin) Maverick – It may WORK on Flexpay, but it can not be activated. Specifically said to me, and in TOS, that @Home Service requires 2 year agreement, not available on Flexpay, or Smart Access plans.
Anyway… I WANT BOLD… But Id rather have T-Mobile service cause they just have better CS!
I went to the T-Mo store in California. They laughed at me. Never heard of “Customer Delight Day.” I called customer service. They laughed at me and had never heard of “Customer Delight Day.” Said it was unlikely if it wasn’t happening during a holiday like Father’s Day or Valentines.
Was this offer valid anywhere?
Sure I got it in Portland as did my friend.
@ spoof
Yea I live in Chino Hills and my local Tmobile store carried this promotion. I was only the 3rd person on the list to ask about the free minutes.
Things like this is what makes me love Tmobile. They actually care about their customers. My contract is up in summer of 09′ I want to stay with them but it depends on what kinds of phones they will be offering by then.
Jay, please! T-Mobile is a small part of Deutsche Telekom, an int’l, and foreign, corporation. DK’s shareholders are pissed @ how muck DK spent on Voicestream (T-Mo’s former name), and a recent attempt to SELL T-Mobile USA was unsuccessful, because it’s not very profitable. Guess what, no takers lol….
Deutsche Telekom is kicking its corporate self for ever buying T-MO USA, but for now, they’re stuck with it.
Please, everybody, don’t fool yourself into believing that T-Mo somehow cares anything about you, other than your MONEY.
@ Crunch,
I’m sorry to hear that Tmobile is not very profitable however my experience with them has been nothing short of great since day 1. I’ve had Verizon and Nextel before and their CS is far inferior to Tmobile’s customer care reps.
At Verizon they make you take a number, wtf is that all about. Plus during the last 3 months or so on our contract they miss billed us for stuff we didn’t order or purchase. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with one of their reps before they took the charges off. I was transferred to about 4 different people which were so rude that I called Verizon back to file a complaint. They sent me an email stating that the matter will be “looked into.” Ok so Verizon soured me, but I’ve had none of those problems with Tmobile.
O yea and upon your 1 year anniversary, Tmobile will send you a giftcard for 5 free downloads. Verizon and Nextel don’t have anniversary gifts
Tmobile does care!
@jay? Dude, I have zero invested in T-Mobile, so I could care less. lol
I’m with AT aaaand T, baby, where I get free phones, and everything unlimited between credits haha….I’m good, but thanks.
i have been with t- mobile sence 2000.
@ Crunch
I haven’t tried ATT but my vendor gets me any phone on Tmobile, ATT, or Verizon for free (sometimes with money back via rebates) upon signing of a 2 year contract. Anyone on BGR that needs a new phone and lives in SoCal I’d gladly give you guys a referral
Hey for all you guys that have been sticking w/ tmo, they are coming out witha android 2. Made by htc with major similarities to the touch hd. Bold who?? Stay faithful tmo users.
Oh yeah it’s code named “sapphire” for all you doubters!!!!!!!!!!!!!
T-mobile customer service is all the you say it is. I ordered and paid for a phone three days ago, was ASSURED that the order would arrive next business day. Three days later the order still has not even been submitted. Call customer service and they are closed for the holiday? What is THAT? Getting my money back and moving on to someone else!!
is it free if i three way call after 9pm?
@ Riciel
3 way calling does not cost extra on T-Mobile. After 9 pm and on weekends not only is it free, but it doesn’t cost you any minutes.
is not fear when your sim car dont work and you have 2 paid 30 for a sim card
T-Mobile Corporate stores make you pay for a SIM? Is that for real???
On new activations the sim card is included at no additional charge.
give me minutes
I am so excited to have discovered a phone company that appreciates its customers. Who couldn’t use an extra hundred minutes on their cell phone? I only wished I had switched to T-Mobile sooner. As long as my patronage is appreciated, I will remain a loyal customer.
thank u for all u have do
