T-Mobile Customer Delight Day – Free Minutes!

We just got word that T-Mobile will be holding Customer Delight Day tomorrow – that’s November 15! What does this mean? Well, it means free minutes for you T-Mobile subscribers. Here’s how it works:

T-Mobile’s Customer Delight Day

Saturday, November 15

At your local T-Mobile Store:

Drop in and be rewarded!

* Get 100 FREE bonus minutes just for stopping by — a $40 value
* Get 200 FREE bonus minutes if you bring a friend — an $80 value
* Refer a customer to T-Mobile and get a $25 credit on your next bill
* Sign up for T-Mobile @Home and get the first month free — a $10 value!

Limited time offer. Participating locations only. See store for details. Offers are valid for qualified T-Mobile postpaid and FlexPay customers who are in good standing. Limit one offer per qualifying line. Offers can not be redeemed for cash or other value. Referral Credit Offer: The referred customer must activate a qualifying T-Mobile voice data postpaid or FlexPay plan at a participating T-Mobile store. The credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on the referring customer’s bill. T-Mobile @Home Offer: Qualifying rate plan, credit approval and two-year agreement required. $10 monthly fee will be credited to account. The credit may take up to two billing cycles to appear.

After calling and confirming this ourselves, all you have to do is come in and grab a flier, sign your name in the sign-in sheet and the 100 minutes are yours. If you bring in and refer a friend, you receive 200 bonus minutes. Not a bad deal, eh? Handing out free minutes is definitely not a bad way to get current and new customers to come into the store and check things out. So, if you get the chance to briefly do so, pop into your local T-Mobile tomorrow for this offer!

[Thanks, Dallas Maverick!]

How long will these minutes last for. Will it be the life of the contract? or a one time use of 100 minutes?????

UGH that’s not fair for people who aren’t near a T-Mobile retail store. Do authorized resellers count?

@ Crunch: I disagree. Wireless providers have promotions from time to time to improve PR and attract new business.

God forbid any company in America ever do anything like this for their customers or potential customers!

I think this is a great promo that costs the customer nothing.

The corporate stores have been doing these for the past several months, on average about once a month. They use it as a big focus day for the @home service

Another reason I should go back to T-Mobile is they actually LIKE doing things for their customers. But, if all works well, AT&T BOLD here I come. Not like I like AT&T, but hey, its the fricken BOLD dude.

Oh, yeah, shame that @Home doesnt work on FlexPay, but all the rest of it does.

Got to love TMO for these types of giveaways. If their network was better, hands down they’d be at the top. Best customer service out there.

Are there actually such a thing as T-mobile stores? All I’ve ever been able to find is those little kiosks in the mall, and the corner booth at Sams. T-mobile store??

  21. 21
    Marc Flores says:

@Jimmy Top Yes, depending on where you live, there are corporate T-Mobile stores. In areas where they aren’t available, you’ll often find kiosks, booths, and authorized resellers like electronics stores and the like. Unfortunatey, these types of deals are usually only available at the corporate retail locations.
