These devices are far superior to a netbook in my opinion. You don't carry around a netbook in your pocket all day. You don't use your notebook to make calls. You don't use your netbook to listen to tunes and/or watch net videos. Oh yeah, your notebook is good for all of 2 hours! My point is a powerful phone has long trampled upon the netbook and for very good reasons! I agree $800 is a bit much, but seriously, the comparisons to netbooks need to stop. I should be getting it hopefully Friday. The price is a bit high, I must admit. I was torn between this one or the Samsung Omnia i900. I'm moving to this from my Nokia n95 (which is a great phone). My biggest complaint about the n95 was no keyboard and poor support for office, and I thought the tie-ins for Exchange didn't seem to work as nicely as with a Winmo device. I always felt more productive with a Winmo device ( I still have a Hitachi G1000 on my shelf, cringe! ), and I spent $600 on that hunk of junk when it came out.
