well I just got the phone and it is great compaired to the samsung enternity hands down I think that it is great for text savy pepole in my age group 23yrs and younger maybe not so much for the older people this is not for the business genarstion but the more school oriented clan thanks for the phone att keep up the good work

i just got a new fone about 3 months ago and i REALLY want this one!!!!!! it is soooo cool i have been looking at it like every time that i get on the computer!!!! i am asking for it for my next b-day or whenever my contract expires!! i love the lime green thought that is soooooo cute!!!!!!!! well it is on my list but i cannot get it for a year or so!!!!! so just getting my hopes up reading the reviews!!!

okay. i have this fone, it ROCKS the only reason its thick is bcuz of the qwerty keyboard, which i like bcuz it’s 2 hard 2 type on touchscreens, it’s awsome, i would totally rercommend it. it’s he greatest phone ever and it doesn’t break as easy as the iphone, trust me, thats why i’m gtting this fone bcuz my iphone broke, it kept freezing up 2 , trust me this is a great fone. so wat f it’s bulky? a lot of fones are n/e way.

to = ) i would sooo go with the bb bold i have one and i must say it is by far the best phone i have ever had. i got it the day it came out with out thinking about all these other horrible phones and i still love it the only thing that would come into matter is the battery but i charge my phones every night anyway so it doesnt bother me so yeah its the best phone att has out now.

I myself am a teenage girl, there for most of my friends are girls and around my age. as for the girls wanting sleeker and thinner phones, i get that and those are very nice to carry around. but my friend-girls normally have huge bags they carry books, make-up, cell phones and i know not what. i myself dont carry a bag at all, would like a small sleek thin phone to fit in my jean pocket. but for many of my friends its not a problem

Ok i have done my studing! i have seroiusly looked at 8 phones but never bought them and stuck with my old fat flip phone(i hate that thing). i plan on getting this phone since im a texter. its amazing because it has a qwerty keypad and touchscreen and best of all its a slider. at&t does have many touchscreens so this is a great deal

I see major descrimination here. According to AT&T, a phone with a touchscreen and a keyboard was a PDA and required a PDA plan. Instead they only required the $15 MediaNet plan. But if that same device has Windows Mobile OS on it, they DOUBLE the internet fee?

I just bought this phone…and it’s pure hot garbage

Here’s a list of cons:

Touchscreen is not “big man fingers” friendly

No usb cable

Bluetooth transfer do not work as of right now (works on my old phones)

Proprietory OS software makes me want to puke

No Wifi (unless I’m missing something)

No file explorer

QWERTY keyboard is CRAMPED

No specs on what media it accepts – doesn’t seem to want to find any of my movies/ringtones I have on my SD card! (avi/mp3 respectfully)

And this is all in the first hour of ownership!

Oh yea, that 300 price tag being toted around…FALSE! $369.

So basically….this phone is getting returned ASAP. The only benefit is since its not considered a smartphone, my internet was cut from 30 dollars to 15. The downfall; I can’t get my internet to access via the phone right now.

Kind of strange that this is made by UTstarcom who manufacturers Microsofts “Danger” Sidekicks for T-MO and that the code name was KNICK one letter short of Kick and that the new name is QUICKfire rymes with KICK.

Just went to the at&t store to take a look at the quickfire that was on display there. I have to say, it’s not bulky at all. It’s actually so small compared to my previous expectations of it. When the sales rep pointed it out to me, I was like “Is that the actualy size, or did you guys get a minuature sized one?”

Really, I’m looking forward to this phone when it hits the stores on November 11(at least for where I live). Hopefully I can order this online on the 10th (:

So we got the Orange one to sell…its ridiculously clunky, but the TS is responsive, and I can’t help but compare the keypad to the SK and it just doesn’t feel the same. I’m not sure how this will pair with the Matrix. I wish the design was a bit sexier to attract customers. We’ll see…its rather heavy and just like I said above…just clunky. I’ll try pushing the green one the most. I wish ATT would have stepped it up.

Well this phone will be huge for teens and text happy people. I own a few at&t stores so I know how u feel about use. Don’t really care either but funny thing is we received a shipment of these phones the other day. Still a week early. Maybe other stores are seeing these come in but anyway. Gave my kid sis the phone for early christmas. She loves it plus the touchscreen is a lot user freindly than say the vue. But for the money u can NOT beat. For all the tech gurus that know it all go buy a bold or a storm or iphone. Leave this one to the teen crowd.

Good grief people. WHY does the world find it necessary to compare every single phone to the iPhone. If I wanted an iPhone, I would get one! Yeah, this phone looks big, but I bet it lasts longer than a paper thin phone.

Lachee…I find it hard to believe that you bought one Wednesday afternoon when it has not been released! I had the HTC and I LOVED it, but hated the pda plan and hated WINBLOW so I hope it’s like that!

I will be getting this in the Green flavor.

I am 36, a girl and will be a happy owner of this phone!

Quckfire sucks bought one Wednesday Afternoon and returned it the next day. The touchscreen on it is terrible and it was to thick for my liking. It’s really is just a pretty version of the old HTC that I hat 2 years ago.
