Well, that didn’t take long! It now seems as if AT&T Fuze demo units have started popping up in AT&T corporate stores across the country. We weren’t given any sort of launch information, but hey, it can’t be too long now, can it? There’s a couple more shots after the jump for all your dirty Windows Mobile fans. We can’t wait to get one of these…

I can’t wait! I hope I can find a better deal than AT&T though, like through another seller for AT&T. Why is Wal-Mart hooking up the Bold prices compared to AT&T?

I can’t wait to buy one! Does this mean it might still be on target for Friday?

The screen doesn’t re-orient itself when you slide the qwerty keyboard out? Judging from the pic above it doesn’t. One would assume that it would in a mesaging or browser app, but still…sorta lame.

Screen DOES reorient on a real working unit - this is a demo with a dummy screen.

I’m praying for something sooner than a Black Friday release. I really don’t want to wait another 3 weeks for it! Anyone have new info on dates?

I think I speak for a lot of people (read: VZW customers) when I say:
GOD DAMN IT VERIZON, GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.
Ahem. Sorry. Just needed to get that off my chcest. Carry on with your regularly scheduled BGR activities.

At least the Bold probably won’t crash like the WinMo stuff.

a hate to be a downer but the FUZE has been in my att COR store w one of my reps for over a week. he got it in a training as his demo

answering the first post. The pricing of the bold at walmart is with a specific plan, where, if you don’t stay long enough for them to make up their cash in those months you loose the rebate. So you’re paying for the pro rated price whether you think so or not. Plan is 129.99 a month unlimited.

It’s a dummy not a demo, non-functional.

Cool stuff. Hey BG, when do you think we can get a review on the Fuze? It looks pretty smooth…

That is a “dummy” device, not the actual phone. Whenever you open the keyboard on the Fuze, it gives you a landscape view of the following: email, messages, bookmarks, web search, calendar, tasks, notes, and contacts. I know because I have been using one for a while now.
BGR- email me and I will send you all the video you want.

Just found out that AT&T in many markets were having training on the phone this week and those reps were told the 11th was the release date.

Isn’t t-mobile supposed to get a version of the above phone, the touch diamond, and a device called Ameo?! What ever happened to all of that? answer from anyone?
