VOTE

Sorry for straying from our regular content, but we felt compelled to remind readers that today is November 4. The official Bold launch is hardly the only interesting news – today also happens to be the day we will elect our 44th President. If you are registered to do so, please, do us and yourself a favor. Take a break at some point today, head down to the polls and vote. Obama/Biden, McCain/Palin, BG/Jibi, whatever. Just vote. This election will already go down in history for a variety of reasons and it will likely be the most important election of our lifetime. Do your part. If making history isn’t enough incentive, hit the jump and listen to our friends over at Cornell University. They want you to vote so badly, well, you’ll see.

And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming…

    @BGR Team

    No apologies needed whatsoever. This IS the most important election of our lifetime so I’m glad you posted about it. I was actually wondering when you were going to do so.

    Starbucks is doing a free coffee if you vote campaign.

    Same deal, they don’t care who you vote for, or what you vote for, or when you vote… They just want you to vote!

    Sure, some don’t like their coffee, but I think this is a great little freebie — and if everyone gave away a small drink on Nov 4th for voting you’d get your pick of where to get your coffee!

    Until then, Thank you Starbucks — I’m gonna need that coffee today!

    You obviously support Obama. If I wanted a political blog, I would go there… Nice try at trying to covering it up…

    For being a technology blog I am suprised you would support the man who wanted to cut NASA funding which leads to many of our technology discoveries and other science based funding…

    Oh wait, that was until he found out he had a chance to win that state… Now he supports NASA again… PLEASE!!!

    Can’t it be Nov. 5 already? What is up with tech blogs covering politics? If some dumb ass is reminded to vote from BGR he/she should not be allowed to cast a single vote.

    Obama/Biden in ‘08 = no worries for paying your mortgage or putting gas in your car

    I was awake at 630AM, and ran downstairs (the voting poll is IN MY GARAGE) and stood FIRST IN LINE!!! I was the first person to vote in my location today.

    All I have to say about voting is…

    History is in the making, regardless who you vote for, do it with your heart, and vote for whom you think is the best candidate to take control of our country. Its your duty to vote, and this is not just our voice, this is EVERYONES voice!
