Some AT&T stores to sell Blackberry Bold tomorrow
We just got word that there are a few AT&T stores out there that have the Blackberry Bold in stock, and they might be selling them as soon as tomorrow! While it’s only two days before the official release date, we know that for some of you, it couldn’t be soon enough. One of our faithful readers chimed in letting us know they were able to play around with a Bold in store. At that location, they said they’d be selling them tomorrow, November 2nd. So, after calling around and seeing whether this was an isolated case, we’ve come to learn that there are some stores that are getting ready to dish out these BlackBerrys before the official release. Before you go waiting at AT&T’s doors before they open up, be sure to call your local store first to make sure they will be selling it. Remember, this is all at the manager’s discretion and not all stores will be offering them up. If your store isn’t selling until the 4th, check out our review of the Bold from this summer to get your appetite going and to temporarily satisfy your Bold cravings.

Alright, im right next to Pasadena and called them around 4 or 5pm and they had “a few of ‘em left”.
That funny sounding chick said $599 outright and $299 for upgraders. she must’ve forgotten the MIR.
If I can’t get a better deal w/ Business Care, I might just buy it. Is the Foothill one a Corporate store, too?f I
And when did you folks get your Bold’s from the first mentioned store in Pasadena?

Foothill/Rosemead, as far as I know, is a corporate store. The phone is $299 AFTER MIR. My brother bought the Bold today on the Colorado Blvd. AT&T store in Old Town Pasadena around 5:00 p.m.
DC in the house, looks like Tuesday it is.
Prices were:
$399.00 with 2 year. Also get a $100 mail in rebate.

was $599 in Pasadena…anyway, let’s see what I can do lol…maybe tomorrow? I kinda want it, and im working hard at being smart about it lol…
The Pasadena store had about 8 left when I purchased the Bold around 3pm Pacific Time. Price was $399 plus $100 MIR. I have had numerous Blackberry’s and both iterations of the iPhone and must admit I am very impressed. The screen is out of this world. Email of course is Blackberrys bread and butter. The browser is much better than expected. Not on the level of iPhone or Nokia E71 but for those using this as a business device and are used to the old browser will be quite happy. The biggest drawback of the iPhone to me was the virtual keyboard. I am happy to say the Bold has the best keyboard I have ever used. On a scale of 1-10 I give this phone a 9. Will let you guys know my further impressions once I delve further into the other programs.

anyone know if any stores in UT have sold any yet? Like the one in Orem by the mall?
We got our fisrt shipment on Thursday the 30th of October. We have sold all of them. We got a second batch on Friday and are expecting a third on Tuesday.
AT&T company stores will not sell until the 4th but AT&T Authorized Agents, Independants like me, will always sell!
Any word on availability in Houston, TX?
UPS just dropped 4 Bolds for my store, another 8 for tommorrow.
As far as Houston goes, I called 15 stores within 20 miles of my location (Willowbrook area). Half of them picked up and either laughed or said not until Tuesday.
The other half didn’t even pick up…
All the ATT stores I’ve called in DC say that tomorrow is the day. If anyone hears anything different let me know.
Kind of figured that. AT&T always makes sure the home state gets theirs last. Even us employees.
Just spoke to my ninja over at AT&T. Bold will be for sale starting tomorrow in Westfield, NJ.
Houston-ish update:
Just talked to four stores in the 77040 area and they said “This week”.
Couple more in the Pearland area, 1 said tomorrow and the other said no idea.
I must have called every best buy and att store around my area in northern NJ. Every store told me tomorrow is the day. So does anybody know if best buy will be selling it at midnight???
I just called the ATT&T store in North Las Vegas, and the sales rep stated that they are going to get the Bold tomorrow on the 4th, but that he didn’t have any info like how much, how many, etc. He also stated he didn’t know what time he would get them in stock, I think thats a load of bull. Anyway, does anyone know if we can just order it online?
I just called the two corp stores in the Chicago Loop and both of them said tomorrow. I asked one of them how many they had in stock and he said they hadn’t received any yet and that the shipment was coming in the morning.

Got my Bold today at Best Buy Mobile in Charleston, SC. Same price as AT&T after Mail In Rebate ($299).
I called both pasadena stores….and they said they dont have any in stock. now i dont know if they really are out because they dont want to announce it over the phone. any ideas for the Glendale/LA area??
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIANS: I just bought the LAST Blackberry Bold in the OLD TOWN PASADENA store. I don’t know about the other one, but the one on Colorado is OUT. Although they may get more today? I asked, and the rep. didn’t know. The guy next to me bought the 2nd to last one lol…then someone came in to buy an iPhone. Killer deal, too!

Got my Bold today. AT&T Plymouth Meeting Mall (PA). So far very cool. They came in today’s shipments to the store. As of this morning no stores knew what they would get in today.
