Some AT&T stores to sell Blackberry Bold tomorrow
We just got word that there are a few AT&T stores out there that have the Blackberry Bold in stock, and they might be selling them as soon as tomorrow! While it’s only two days before the official release date, we know that for some of you, it couldn’t be soon enough. One of our faithful readers chimed in letting us know they were able to play around with a Bold in store. At that location, they said they’d be selling them tomorrow, November 2nd. So, after calling around and seeing whether this was an isolated case, we’ve come to learn that there are some stores that are getting ready to dish out these BlackBerrys before the official release. Before you go waiting at AT&T’s doors before they open up, be sure to call your local store first to make sure they will be selling it. Remember, this is all at the manager’s discretion and not all stores will be offering them up. If your store isn’t selling until the 4th, check out our review of the Bold from this summer to get your appetite going and to temporarily satisfy your Bold cravings.

I just bought one at the AT&T corporate store in Pasadena, CA 91107. I called at 11:00 AM when they opened. They told me they had 19 in stock. By the time I got there an hour later they were down to 11. The rep said people have been coming in. So 11 as of an hour ago. It took me that long to get back to the laptop to post this.
All LA area users…Las tunas and rosemead might have one left. I just got mine about an hour ago.

I just checked the Beaverton, ATT store and was told a definitive “NO”. Moreover, the guy I talked to said they may be getting “only 4 or 5″ intitially, that they may not arrive until later in the day on the 4th, and that at least 2 will be held back for “friends” of a company VIP. Niccce.

just got mine from foothill ATT store in pasadena. loving it!
I got the same story as LaBeaver in Timonium Maryland. Said that they are not even in the store, and likely won’t come until the shipment around 1p on Tuesday. The guy I talked to said that he was taking names to call people when they come in on Tuesday and I was the third person to leave my name with him.
Since these phones have been sitting on a warehouse shelf somewhere for months waiting for the final software update, they better not be short stocked on these things after the 4th…
For those who got the Bold, what are the prices?
this is stupid. just wait til damn tuesday. no store will be selling bolds on monday unless they have a completely out of touch management staff.

I called my local AT&T store and they said that they didnt think they were even going to have them in tue morning, u think that is possible or are they just playing with me. I cant see how they dont have them in stock on monday ready for release day.
To coincide with the election, only Blue States will receive Bolds on Tuesdays.
Just picked up the bold in pasadena from one of the stores mentioned earlier in the comments… I got one of the last four.
Full price was $550, contract price $399 plus $100 rebate
Sunday morning report from Austin, TX:
Store 1: They will be on-sale Tues at 0900
Store 2: No, we don’t have any yet (checked twice)
Store 3: They will be on-sale Tues. We open at 0900
Store 4: Shure we have them, would you like one?
I left with mine in about 20 minutes. They said that they only had 2. I got the second one.

Just got my BB Bold and LOVING IT. If your in the pasadena area they have 5 left and they close at 7:00pm.. Full retail price is $599 after taxes and then you get a $100 Mail in rebate upgrade price is 399 before taxes with a $100 mail in rebate. I LOVE THE PHONE.

Thank BG for the heads up I got my BOLD Today and let’s just put it this way there were a lot of mad people who couldn’t get their hands on one because the only had 5 maybe 10 Bolds and I was able to snag 3 for my Mother and Brother too!

When I went to check at the AT&T store near my house in Lakewood, Colorado, they told me the price was $399 with a $100 mail-in rebate.
Too rich for my blood (and I get a $100 discount for working for the government)!
But we’ll see what the final price is. What price is everyone else getting? And for those who bought theirs, what did you pay for it?
$399 + $18 upgrade fee + Tax, Minus a $100 rebate.
The store I work at was told we can sell them when we get them. Don’t know if this helps settle the who/when/where/why/how about diff stores having them available.
