AT&T BlackBerry Bolds in stock at Best Buy, go on sale tomorrow?
We’ve got a bunch of tips on this so we’re going to run with it. Just a word of caution? We haven’t confirmed this ourselves yet, but we have ever reason to believe our ever-faithful tipsters. If they are correct, various Best Buy locations have already started receiving shipments of AT&T BlackBerry Bolds and they are allowed to start selling them tomorrow. We even heard demo models are out on the floor at some stores. Now for pricing… We’re told the Bolds are going for $349 with a 2-year agreement at Best Buy (?) and that the full retail pricing is $679.99. Some stores will only sell them at no-commitment pricing it seems. If you’re in the tri-state area, chances are you’re feeling some pretty heavy winds, but that’s not going to hold you back from setting up shop at your local Best Buy and braving it out until the morning is it?

So, I went to the BestBuy reading the post as this is my all time fav blog. Hopes were crushed… but but but the info was correct. The sales rep told me they were suppose to get it today. Unfortunately, it wasnt there. So, guess what BGR I got the Nokia E71. I think you guys need to make a post on Nokia OVI. It is just like Apple’s Mobile me infact much better. And it syncs contacts, calendar and everything just like iPhone plus textmessages, and bookmarks. I think text messages is a plus. Last, but not the least IT IS FREE freaking apple charges 99 which I have already paid. But, I still have my iPhone so no regreats. I will also get the bold but I am also happy with this device just like you guys said it is a nice phone.
$649 is a bit much, but hey isn’t the XPERIA 1 going for $800. Anyway, I’m pretty sure it’ll go down fast, I doubt there will be any significant sales at that pricepoint. Also, AT&T will be selling on a 2-year contract for $349 so I bet lots of potential buyers will hold on for that.
I wonder why the images of the device on bestbuy.com do not have the at&t logo. Other devices do.

I checked the BestBuy website (like everyone else here) and clicked on the ‘Estimate Arrival Time’. The ‘Est. Arrival Date’ is listed from 11/10/2008 – 11/24/2008.
So, there you have it folks. BestBuy is not getting any Bold’s until after AT&T stores do (10/29 – 11/02/2008).
So, stop wasting your time on BestBuy and their stupid-ass pricing for this device. If I want to spend that much money on a Blackberry, I would just get an unlocked one and leave AT&T.
I just called my local bestbuy by work and they said they don’t have any in stock and downt know when they are going to get any
I was just at my local best buy and they told me they weren’t expecting the bold for three more weeks, the week after it is released. What is it with all these totally fake posts?
A few weeks ago, we saw the best buy inventory screenshot that they would receive the bold on 10/27, so it would only make sense that they’d be advertising the Bold in their national print ads for that same week. Print ads need to be set several weeks in advance, so Best Buy (and the rest of the world) was pretty much assuming a launch date of this week, which at the end of the day didn’t happen. Not like they had much of a chance to correct this anyway. It’s the nature of the retail and cellular industry.
Why would you guys even post this shit. Ya’ll know damn well Best Buy is not going to be selling the Bold today.

It is on sale on the Best Buy website. Back ordered. Says it ships within 1-2 weeks. But $679?????????????? I sure hope the rumored AT&T price of $299 is true.
San Luis Obispo store said they plan to have it on the 4th, AT&T’s launch date.
No dummy version on the floor.
