Fresh Sprint Touch Pro shots

Getting a little frustrated with the lack of Sprint Touch Pro news? We feel your pain. In an attempt to alleviate a bit of suffering, we’ve managed to come up on a series of Sprint promo shots for their upcoming HTC flagship device launch. The images don’t depict anything revolutionary, but do help to provide a comprehensive visual representation of the Windows Mobile 6.1 beast. While the October 19th release date has come and gone without a word, we’re still expecting availability from Sprint in short order, barring any catastrophic disasters. Until then, you can hit the jump for a couple more images.
Thanks, Omie!

I like what they did for this on Sprint. The rounded edges make it look a lot friendlier and pocketable. I’ll be getting this on the 30th.

I’m just curious, what is the point of a touch screen if you have a keyboard?

web navigation is much easier with touch, for one.

Why can’t they make the screen BIGGER than that? 2.8 inch is tooooo small. Make it at least 3.0 or higher.

We all knew what it looked like from the HTC website. It’s not a big difference from the GSR release. Why the touch screen? What are you kidding me? Are you happy navigating with trackballs, trackwheels, and menu clicks after menu clicks. I am very happy with my Diamond and look forward to this gem as well. Death Star Fanboys can have their cake and ice cream when ATT speeds up their coverage as well as release.

Still waiting for “official” att pics since neither att or htc have made it official on either website. Looking forward to 3g speeds in my area which will be here (rural area outside Las Vegas) mid-next year. This phone IS my cake and ice cream and I can’t wait to get fat off of it!!!

I am on ATT, but I’d opt for the Sprint version anyway. Why did ATT mangle the single greatest aspect of the keyboard, the dedicated number keys? I hate having to use shift/fn for numbers. They are stupidly looking at it as a text, rather than business e-mail device, and went with symbols. Do they ever get anything right?
