I really don’t think the glorified screen would be as crispy clear as they call it if its a touch screen….ever compared a tablet PC screen to a regular one?
Eventually something like that would happen but….I wouldn’t need it for the time being…wouldn’t want my fingers all over my screen though…

Waiting till 2009 is too long. I’ll be getting the Bold or Storm (which ever comes out first) and be happy until the next best thing from Blackberry is released.

If they are going to do that, then why not just slap a javelin or curve keyboard onto a storm?
If you put your curve next to an iphone, you notice that the keyboard + trackball + send/end/menu/back keys would fit perfectly, and still leave you room for a touch screen.
Sorry, just never been a fan of the 8800/Bold keyboards. Gimme some space in between keys.

I agree with you buddy. If this RIM Super-Berry is to be a success, listen to your peeps! Give us the touch and camera of the Storm, features of the Bold and that Curve/Javeling keyboard we all want.
Either way, that device will probably come out before the Bold anyway, huh?

I’m getting the Javelin on Tmo then waiting. I need a Curve sized device with gps AND wifi. Tired of using a puck. After I have a solid all-in-one device, then I can wait out until the next groundbreaking device.

The bold was released by ATT last night.
My curve is starting to get scratches and I can’t keep waiting for a device from T-mobile. I have had this device since the launch party and its time to upgrade and there is nothing for me to move to! I have been caring for this device like a baby until another option is available and I am going to lose it!

Lol @ Jason. If you keep on waiting for the next best thing then you’re never going to get a phone. Look at HTC’s lineup and how quickly they’ve released phones. I’ll just get the Storm and be content for now.
