To Danielle.

I have to disagree with your statement. Your comment about no one knowing anything about the flip phone is false, most front line employes knew about the device but as a tmobile employee they could give that information to our customer until it was anounce by T-mobile.

As a rep at the call center I can tell you that most phone calls are being recorded. We can’t simple tell our customers what we might of heared about upcoming features or devices until they are announced by T-mobile. The wireless industry is very competitive and Tmobile tries to keep information about our future plans away from the compition as long as the can. Myfavs is a great example I knew of tmobile working on myfavs a good 8 to 10 months before alltell came out with my circle. Most likly Altell got their ideal after speaking to a Tmobile rep who mention what they heared about Myfavs.

When it comes to upcoming devices and release dates they are not always writen in stone. Take the ATT bold release date for example. Tmobile wants to limit the amount of false information being told to their customers. There is so many rumers floating on the net about incoming devices as is. Tmobile is going to try to avoid adding more to the madness.

You are right about the Cameo I havnt heared anything about it from Tmobile yet but in T-mobiles defence its a Tmbile European device and I work for Tmobile USA and if you spoked to a Tmobile USA CSR they wouldn’t know about this device either.

Have you ever checked the prices of these frames at say Walmart they are expensive for the ones you have to hook up to the computer, you are looking at upwards of 100$ without the convience of just MMSing the pics right over.

Ok so I am on the phone with T-mobile right now for problems with my BB 8100, ok software not software whatever. So they let me talk to RIM, and I don’t know about talking to them because they are morons. Anyways no one at T-Mobile has heard of this, but then again they haven’t heard of the new BB flip phone either. Their people really should check out some of these sites.

While I’m not sure if this is a winner, I have to applaud TMobile for trying to add real value to its brand and offerings by coming up with stuff that no other wireless carrier is. TMobile@home and this picture frame are examples of how they’re trying to push the envelope instead of just selling the same service over and over again.

That is a really good idea. They should throw it in as a bundle or incentive maybe to sell some of their better camera phones. At $100, it’s gonna be pretty hard to push this thing all by its lonesome self… on top of the $10/month charge for network usage.
