10:57 AM: Pricing is $179 with a 2-year. Existing customers can order online today. Launch date is October 22nd. There will be a $25 unlimited data with “some” messaging, and $35 unlimited everything plan.

I’ll be refreshing the T-Mobile website all day so I can order the G1 the moment it’s available. I’m 23 months on my contract, and I really want this device. Android sounds like it’s going to be the greatest thing to happen to mobile phones, much like Linux did for the personal computer.
Actually that is a nice place, they have some good food in that restaurant. Plus there is a supermarket next door. I wonder where people are going to park their car (if they bring one) since that area is near heavy traffic.

I think it kinda has the look of a sidekick, although tons of people have complained that it looks “plasticky”… What do you guys think, seeing it in person? Obviously it’s not a close-up but I’m assuming they have it up on a display as well?
