T-Mobile G1 site goes live

On the eve of the big announcement, T-Mobile has launched the G1 website. No new information on the phone. All the links instruct you to come back after the press conference is complete. Bah humbug! Nonetheless, this means we are one step closer to getting our hands on the super sleek G1 android phone.

Thanks, Nigel!

Has anyone noticed that T-Mobile has been very persistent with their announcements and release dates. Hmmm…I might have to rethink a few things about my future carrier.

Unlike AT&T (which I unfortunately recently switched to) T-mobile is at least putting out the new stuff that is leaking. Good luck finding the Touch HD anywhere in the US for a long long long long time. Oh, and the Xperia is coming to T-mobile too (check the official bandwidth.)

Oooh I can’t wait. I’m so glad that I was patient and didn’t jump to ATT for an Iphone now. The applications with this I think will be better than an Iphone over time! 3g has already started popping up in the metro Detroit area even though my phone can’t use it, it still recognizes when I am in an available area. So close!
