G1 shows up on T-Mobile site
Let slip the G1 of HTC/T-Mo/Google! First the live shots of the phone were up, and we all know there will be a shindig next week announcing the new HTC device which, according to the site, will be called the G1 (no mention of the “Dream” name in that little snippet). It looks like it’s only viewable if you log into your T-Mobile account, but it’s a nice little reminder of what’s to come for those who have been waiting for T-Mo to get a sweet new phone… or for those who have been anxious to check out Android. Unfortunately, clicking on that little image gets you nowhere. Now if we can just summon our inner patience…
I can’t wait to see the sprint device.

I saw this and thought for a second that they were confirming without a doubt that the G1 is the device we’ve seen in the leaked shots (the slider with the “chin”). Then I read the fine print at the bottom that “Screen and device images are simulated,” so it’s still possible that the G1 is different. Here’s praying for no chin!
It will be out in blk, white n bronze (not brown). the white will probably come out a lil later because of chipping paint there tryna fix it to release it as soon as possible but for now it is still said to come out on the release date of oct 22 but u cant pre order it from tmobile right now
