Beer, Wings, Football, and Facebook

With the coming of fall just around the corner, sports fans will once again login to Fantasy Football leagues to manage their virtual teams in their fictional leagues. Whether you are in a work league or a league amongst friends, you’ll be spending your time building your teams, fielding your players, and watching their performances online. Facebook users who want to make their team management and competition more of social venture, will have the opportunity to do so this upcoming season. Sports Illustrated has jumped on this Facebook-Fantasy Football bandwagon by teaming up with Citizens Sports in launching their Fantasy Football 2008 application. With their integration into Facebook, where millions of people spend millions of hours, they hope to give Yahoo’s and ESPN’s fantasy football leagues a run for their money this upcoming season.

I agree with Tim. CBS Sportsline clearly kills all others. Get 50 people in a pool to throw in $100 a season. Weekly winners get cash and at the end the overall winner gets the rest of the pot. And then, of course proceeds to buy round after round of drinks at the bar until all the money is gone. Then we do it again.

Give yahoo and ESPN a run for their money? Comon. Do your research before you post. CBS Sportsline rules Fantasy sports. Has been for over a decade.

    Blah blah blah.

Galvatron: It’s even better when you put them together. Ultimate Fighting Texas Hold-Em! Feed the fighters whiskey & PCP and put them in a cage to play Texas Hold-Em. But it has to be in HD!
