But recently its been shutting off everytime my 2gb card is inserted. Whenever it is inserted, all my music will not load, as well as my mem card photos. I don't have insurance on my phone. I have go on the internet cause everytime i push the . button it types C@ . and trys to go to the site. If i push l or del a bunch of numbers and letters come up and if i push the volume button it travels up the menu instead of putting the volume up or down. Im gonna try the sidekick 08 next month if i have problems with that im giving up on sidekicks forever!!!! For every 3 we sold, one came back with the same slide-and-it-turns-off problem, and this was post recall. And I have a feeling the other 2 had problems, just people dealt with it. Moto sucks. The only way to get a different one is to either upgrade, ask for an alternate exchange, or go through a process of 3 exchanges in 90 days where they will give you a whole different phone. Or if the 3 exchanges are done in that 90 days and you are just fed up, you can opt out of your contract with no ETF.
