AT&T screwed up my upgrade this morning (I’m out of contract, but they forgot to make me upgrade eligible) so I’ll take a shot. After ~6 hours of being on the phone for them to tell me I was ok, and then 5 hours of waiting in line this morning, and 2 hours of trying to get it activated to walk out without an iPhone, I’m due for a change of luck.
I never win anything.
