I love Tmobile, but every since Nokia stop making the3650, it seems that tmobile has to phone selection. I have went thru 4 cheap phones, waiting on tmobile to get there act together. But it seems that are going to continue to offer the same no good selection. Tmobile you have one month to come up with some better phones else I”m outta here. Tmob’s Customer Service is not that good either. JT Powers needs to step down.

T-mobile 3g is a disappointment… all the good/cool phones either use 1900mhz and the world standard 2100mhz bands for 3G. T-mobile went with 1700mhz cutting out almost all 3G capable phones (iphone, htc touch cruise, etc…). Way to go T-mobile…

Why it is that “writers” and “editors” do not yet know the (incredibly simple) difference between “it’s” and “its” continues to baffle me. (Hint: one is a contraction of “it is” and the other is a possessive pronoun; you should have learned this in first grade, and if not, as an “author/editor” you should consider the art of proofreading.)

Anyway, TMO 3G would be great. It would be even better if TMO actually had some ‘real’ smartphones on their network (the Wing!?!? give me a break). Why does TMO offer such a perpetually crappy selection of phones? Maybe the TMO execs spend more time worrying about their stock options than actually soliciting makers of contemporary smartphones.

My guess is that in Q1 09 they will offer an Android phone, albeit dressed in hideous blue or pink plastic. C’mon TMO, catch up with the 1990s already.

well have a good time w/ ATT n apple paying all the xtra fees n premium charges for the iphone. i bet it’ll cost u more for texting (no mms) with them, than to pay 15$ w/ tmo for all unlimited messaging. iphone is cool tho.

you att suckheads get out of here your switching for a phone i played with that thing for 10 mins and i didnt anything else to do after that i gave it back that thing sucks and i compareg tmobile 3g to att 3g and tmobile is faster way faster (yes i live in NY)(what bring it on) tried nokia 6263tmo and nokia 6555att tmo had less signal and whipped att’s ass something sweet so all of you talking about a iphone and att need to realize something tmo doesnt debut there phone like vzw,att and sprint at the same time they wait till idiots that switch out to get bored of others then drop the good stuff out in the fall. see they know what there doing pitty some people dont realize that but quick to open thier mouth about something they dont know. and watch tmo bring you some sh&* this fall. gonna make you wanna drop ya pants.

I stick with tmo because 6 dollars monthly for EDGE is the best deal that there is. It’s not like there’s any 3g coverage where I live anyway, so that means that tmo would be the first, t mo has more global subsidies than at&t, which makes roaming far easier, texting is for people who don’t have a clue about skype, AIM, trillian, google talk, etc…

and it’ll just get better with nationwide 3g.
you people are picky. any us band 3g is not 5 or more time faster than plain edge, not even close, and let’s see, Helio is dead, Sprint is bankrupt, Nextel is proprietary, Verizon is a bunch of ripoff artists, AT&T is the name of an imperial walker that killed countless ewoks, Alltel is stupid, and T mobile is the cheapest GSM. What did I miss?

I’ve stuck with T-Mobile for years now, but I’ve really had it with the lackluster phone selection and non-existent 3G network. I’ve defended them with just about everything, but I think it may finally be too much for me. My contract isn’t up until next May, but if this Android device in the Fall doesn’t seriously wow me, I actually won’t have a problem paying the ETF and sign up with *sigh* at&t.

isn’t it cool T-Mobile rolls out 28 markets in half year?!
I’d stay with T-Mobile to enjoy HSDPA internet in NYC, the fastest among 4, do you believe it?
another reason why I stay with T-Mobile is freedom, no need to worry which device you have to use with total internet (except SK and bb, which have special servers), and T-Mobile is the only carrier still doesn’t have cap with tethering

wow i am deeply disappointed in tmo cause they used to have great cs but as of late even that has started to go down the drain…im contemplating whether to get the new moto rokr e8 or just wait til the end of the year when the adroid phones come out…all i know is i hate tmo now and at&t isnt that much better cause at&t sucks worse then tmo…anyone care to gimme some advice i need help…oh yeah im stuck in a family plan with my 2 brothers and mother

Yep…like most of the posters here, im on my way out of Tmobile too…adios!
And like most others i agree, GREAT customer service, HORRIBLE phone selection!!!!!!
I got the MDA 2 years ago when i twas the new hot shi* and no other carrier had a touchscreen/slider combo phone/pda. Now here we are 2 yrs later and what does Tmo have..? The Wing! Not really much of an upgrade (certainly not worth a new contract) and evryone else has the Touch, the Tilt, along with their Moguls/8525s/ Wing equivilents. C’mon TMo, give us more options than 20 diff. Blackberrys and 10 diff. Sidekicks!

sorry tmobile but ur a lil too late. i agree wit j.c. tmobile does have GREAT customer service, BUT their phone selection just doesnt do it for me. their flagship phone is the sidekick n no disrespect to people who like the sidekick or are sidekick users, but the sidekick is bullshit. tmobile its been a great 4 years but im gettin that iphone on att on friday

Michael is right, I am only using the text fee increase as a reason to jump ship. I think tmobile is a great carrier and has excellent customer service, dont get me wrong, however i have now reached the point where tmobile will be unable to provide me with what i need.
