2 steps to running Android on your Nokia N810
If you’ve recently bought a Nokia N810, only to grow bored of its beautifully implemented, meticulously customized Linux-based OS, you might be in luck. Some clever folks have figured out a way to get a developer’s build of Google’s Android OS running on an N810 in 2 very easy steps. The first step involves downloading an installer file onto your Nokia handheld, and the second step involves downloading a second file. The whole process takes less 5 minutes, which puts it in reach of even the most ADD addled amongst us. Sure, it may invalidate your N810 warranty, and there’s no telling whether this might do some lasting damage to your precious handheld, but if you’re the adventurous sort, we have a feeling these concerns shouldn’t sway you.

This website is f*cking dumb now. 30% of the time that I check it, the site is down.
60% of the time that I check it, it’s sh!t no one cares about. Moving to Engadget.

Oh, come on guys, this is all in fun. Who the hell hasn’t made a typo before, hm? Stop taking it so seriously…sheesh.

Continuing the grammar rant, “2″ should be two. All numbers less than 10 are always spelled out.

Lol no comments about the article other than grammer… I dont have a n810 but want one :[. What are the advantages to having this os on it over theirs?

this website does kind of suck because they don’t post enough articles. that is why i first go on gizmodo and engadget before this site because they post new articles every single day. i appreciate that this website has accurate news on upcoming blackberries but i just don’t like how they only post three or two new articles every two days. you need more stories to compete with the competition.

i recommend that you switched to gizmodo.

@BGR haters:
You can switch to your incredibly Apple biased Engadgets and Gizmodos but I for one will be staying right here.
Right now, BGR is like the #1 source for phone leaks on the net. When was the last time you saw Engadget or Gizmodo post about Nokia? They’re too busy licking out Steve Jobs’ ass to post Nokia (or any other manufacturer) news.

To get (back) on topic here…
This actually sounds cool. I’m going to give it a spin on mine. Once I get it up and running, I can give a report. Any takers?
BGR, have your people call my people.
