T-Mobile Shadow II to be T-Mobile’s first Windows Mobile UMA handset?
If this one turns out to be true, it looks like the Windows Mobile faithful might finally have access to T-Mobile’s UMA network. According to the DigiTimes, the T-Mobile Shadow II will sport Hotspot@Home compatibility, allowing users to make voice calls over their existing Wi-Fi network. Hotspot@Home has been available for quite some time, but has yet to make the jump to the Windows Mobile platform. Unfortunately, DigiTimes is also reporting that the device won’t launch until sometime during Q4 of this year, which is a bit later than we initially anticipated. Can we wait that long for the debut of this HTC-soured device? Probably not, but we’ll take our chances.

LMAO no one cares.
D Day for you suckas is July 11.
1st
is this a full touch screen or just the 4 keys?
I think it’s not a touch screen and the numerical keypad slides downwards.
It looks a lot like the HTC Touch Daimond only with rounded corners, instead of the Daimond shape.
Well the first one felt like a peice of plastic in your hands I wonder if this one will be any different.
I love those “HTC-soured” devices! They taste absolutely wonderful!
Actually I disagree with Kyd, the first shadow feels solid and is the first Win mobile phone i’ve coming to like..definitely checking out the next one.
No touch? so 2005… oh well, still getting a iphone 3g
ohhh no. the original was much better looking
The first shadow sucked ass….hopefully this one won’t..
well im a previous owner of the htc shadow, and the shadow is pretty good as far as texting and multitasking goes, but it does have its slow moments.
