$30 Plan: 500 anytime minutes, with included unlimited data, unlimited text, picturemail, and Sprint TV basic, and of course nights at 7PM (yes unlimited M2M)

$50 Plan: same, but 1250 anytime minus

Now if you have a blackberry, obviously PowerVision (bundled with the plan) isn’t compatible with it, so they made Sero Voice Only Plans… but for the same price includes more minutes cause you have to purchase BIS separate. So $50 plan includes 1750 instead of 1250 and then on top of that you’ll purchase the $30 or $40 BB Data plan, which includes ulimited text as well. Only difference is if you want PAM

That is nothing. My company has been using Sprint for about three years. Our monthly bill is roughly $170k and every month we have about $20k+ in disputes and erroneous charges. (That’s the price you pay for cheap service). My team is repsonsible for reconciling this bill and it typically takes 8-10 hours to do so; and that’s with the process highly automated.

The biggest issue is we have a set price for the phones we use Treo 755p and they never charge us the correct price. we are typically over charged by about $300 per phone. I pay the bill each month minus the disputes and battle it out with them. You should do the same, good luck.

Next time I go to their site I’m going to send them your link. I know it seems your site is a blog but you should try if possible to title recent updates at the start. Just a suggestion. But the way you lay out the ISP stuff is jokes. [Although your situation is far from it]

I have free incoming so when this change takes place will it be a breach in contract or are they going to honor it until my contract is up?

Existing plans users are usually able to keep that plan until you update your handset.

SERO= pretty much = the best plan in existence (globally), a lot of features are include/unlimited on it, the lowest being only $37(including est tax).
