Al Gore in attendance at WWDC; Solar iPhone power confirmed?

Al Gore has been spotted in the VIP area at the WWDC keynote address. Logical conclusion: the rumored solar power for the new iPhone must be confirmed. Ok, so we’re probably completely full of it, but we have heard that Mr. Gore won’t go within 30 feet of anything that doesn’t draw its juice from a renewable energy source. Any bets on whether Gore will be invited up on stage to participate?

As for war for oil, at least Daddy-Bush had the stones to admit it was the reason why he had the State Dept look the other way when Iraq asked the US for guidance, after Iraq found evidence of illegal slant drilling by Kuwait.
