Nokia E71 video walkthrough: questions?

We’re going to start doing a full video walkthrough of the Nokia E71 and it should be up sometime tomorrow. Before doing so, we wanted to ask you guys if there is anything in particular you would like us to go over. (We’re looking at you, E61 owners.) Obviously we’ll go over the phone in its entirety, but if there are any specific questions and things you’d like us to check out, let us know. Drop a comment with what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to get it in!

Someone already asked if video 30 fps and Im really interested of that answer. But still nobody asked IF TV Out, is it?

this may sound dumb but I would like to see you try to use a 8gb sandisk card. I know it has a micro SD slot but I fear that I’ll only be able to go up to the 2gb size and that’s just not enough. remember the blackberry bold supposedly is compatible with a SD card that is up to 16gb. Nokia maps takes up a lot of memory so I need space on the SD card.

Compare the browser speed over wifi with the N95 8GB and Iphone. To see if it’s improved.

Can you blend it?

Can you do a video review of E66 too? Or at least display some higher resolution pictures. To me it seems a more interesting phone as it is (I guess) a lot smaller and the only downside is the QWERTY lack - ok … and the battery. Thanks

1) A side by side with a e61 and comparison of the keyboard
2) Secondly drop test even on a carpeted surface or a couch or a bed would be awesome
i have had instances just dropping it on to a couch or a bed the phone resets itself or loses the profile settings

Processor / OS speed and memory issues. If I am using the web-browser and have a program or 2 running will it crash like my E70?
Also is there threaded SMS?

Two questions:
1. key feel - I find the e61i looks really cool but causes fatigue depressing the proper key because they are slippery and offer little tactile feedback.
2. HTML emails - I get a lot of emails which do not display because they are HTML-only. (Maybe that is a good thing!)

LOL@ can you blend it.
How easily is the device locked? One button a la the iPhone? My other big question is sound quality. Can you show us how it reacts to missed calls and SMS? Lets see the light in action!

Please show how fast the interface would be with music playing thru A2DP.
Maybe you can give a subjective opinion on the quality of the music as well.
Thanks

Current E61 and E61i owner here.
I’d love to see some testing of the native e-mail client with an IMAP account using IDLE. Specifically, I’d love to see the following:
1) The phone holding the connection, which has plagued our E61/E61i’s. I understand this is not something you can test in a video walkthrough/review, unfortunately. Hopefully, some testing can be done on this in the near future. It would take a day or two of mixed low and heavy use. Someone reported that this does not happen with the N95 NAM, but it would be nice to confirm it doesn’t happen on the E71 either.
2) In the e-mail settings, can you configure it so that the message body or X KB of it are downloaded even when using IDLE? With the E61/E61i, as soon as you enable automatic message retrieval, you loose this functionality, so you have to manually download each message body.
3) Anywhere in the settings is there a way to have the phone send messages automatically as soon as you send them, but in the background? With the E61/E61i, you need to wait for the Sending dialog to go away before moving on to the next message. This can get quite annoying when replying to multiple e-mails in a row, especially if you’re including attachments.
Thanks a lot!
