AT&T limits iPhone purchases to one per customer

A "breaking news" bulletin was just sent out to all AT&T Retail employees today stating that they have started limiting iPhone purchases to one per customer. The email isn’t exciting, but the inventory is definitely starting to dry up. Full email (which isn’t that interesting) is after the jump.

I’m still confused, but what else is new?
BB is designing a new 2G alternative to the 9000.
Is Apple just going to halt production of the 2G, or is there a new 2G & 3G.
Sorry, all the buzz is on 3G, but I’m wondering if there’s anything on a new 2G with WiFi, whatever.
I’m still hoping for OLED. *droolz*

I don’t know if anyone noticed that the new apple store will be opening in Boston on May 15th. Now I am just guessing but with all of the talk/ rummers about the iphone coming out in May could we possibly see it tomorrow. I know its just wishful thinking but I had to say it.

What a surprise, with BS like this, I’m amazed people are still trying to call this thing “innovative”, while they’re still getting a 2.5g phone locked to the most annoying GSM provider on earth.
