Countdown to 12AM EST: BlackBerry Bold press release
We’re almost there, guys! It’s been told to us that at 12AM EST, the BlackBerry Bold press release will cross the wires. We’ve heard a lot of conflicting reports — that the device might launch a lot earlier than expected, or the press release will just have a vague launch timeframe with AT&T, Vodafone, and some other worldwide carrier partners. If you’re attending WES, you’ll be able to demo a BlackBerry Bold and check it out. The rest of the general public will have to wait until it launches.

Dude, no one of them is any better or worse than any other. They all suck. Same with banks, cable companies, etc…
Yeah Rogers probably has the best monopoly in the wireless world. There are no other gsm carriers in Canada. Just Rogers and Fido (owned by Rogers.)

I bet they’ll release the device with AT&T around the 3G iPhone release; or a little earlier to gain albeit more market share than the iPhone.

They have in fact updated the browser..I tell you one thing though, they better have something really up their sleeves, because a 2MP camera on your new “flagship” device isn’t saying much these days…3g or not…..

Anyone out there have an iphone that they are unhappy with they’d like to sell rather cheap? I am a Blackberry guy but my brother had an iphone and dropped it in the toilet a fews days ago. (I know… the irony) Hoever he just got married, working 3 jobs and still stuggling to make rent. Going through tough times and trying to find him a replacement phone. Thanks
