having to strum on the screen while hitting the correct buttons seems like it will be pretty hard for people with smaller hands from the gameplay videos i have seen.

That’s stupid. Any serious GH player who wants to go on the road will do it acoustically like that kid on the South Park episode.

Can’t say as though I’m overly impressed with the lineup thus far – the target market for the DS is different than that of the average console gamer.
I’m still excited and this will definately be a June purchase for me though.
